Stuffing

Have a question when stuffing and you are completely full and want to stay stuffed through out the day. Do you usually eat something once your belly starts to make a little noise?

I’d say top off when ever you feel like your not full. Every couple hours or so maybe. Keep pushing it a little at a time to help stretch your stomach
